MBTLC is a 16-unit 1-bdrm apartment complex for homeless single women with 1-2 children in their custody. The client's must participate in the onsite life skills classes, attend school to earn a license or certification which can be completed within the first six months, work at least part-time, save 30% of their earnings and meet with the case manager once a week. If there are two children, and one of the children is 5 years of age, then the children must be the same gender because they will share a bedroom.
