The Transitional Housing Program bridges the gap from emergency shelter to permanent housing, providing temporary homes for income eligible families who are homeless. MCA's Housing Coordinator works with families to achieve long term housing solutions, offers support to families, and oversees the maintenance and upkeep of the units. Families also receive ongoing case management and support services as they make the transition into permanent housing. Eligibility:Must be homeless and meet proverty guidelines. Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Mondays through Fridays. Call For Appointment. Fees may apply for this Transitional Housing resource.
