General Information:
When facing a housing crisis, understanding and navigating the systems of services can be confusing and overwhelming. One Door assists in maneuvering through those crucial systems by providing a central point of entry for coordinated intake, assessment and referrals for housing and shelter services. One Door is also home to a growing Shelter Diversion program. One Door serves those who are homeless or at immediate risk of homelessness throughout Greene, Christian and Webster counties. If you are at risk of becoming homeless or currently without a safe, stable place to stay, please call 417-225-7499 or visit us at the O’Reilly Center for Hope, 1518 E. Dale. One of the One Door service coordinators will meet with you to help identify resources and options that may meet your individual needs. Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 to 5:00 pm *One Door is closed the first Friday of every month Inclement weather policy: If Springfield Public Schools are closed, the O’Reilly Center for Hope will also be closed.
