Class of Housing/Services: supportive housing for chronically homeless.

General Information:
Chuska Apartments is Permanent Supportive Housing located at 2534 East Aztec in Gallup, New Mexico. (Seeking Chronically Homeless Applicants now!!!) We have 10 Two & Three Bedroom units available starting July 1, 2017 for families experiencing homelessness. Qualifications Needed: 1) Annual Income below the following amounts based on the number of people in your household: (1) - $11,010.00 (2) - $12,570.00 (3) - $14,130.00 (4) - $15,690.00 (5) - $16,950.00 2) The Head of Household must be disabled and/or have a behavioral health diagnosis. 3) Seeking individuals who have experienced 12 months of homelessness (may be over last 3 years).
