We ARE NOT a homeless shelter. We are a faith-based recovery center Reaching Out Crisis Ministries (ROCM)is a Christ centered non-profit six-month residential program designed to help women that are struggling with substance abuse problems and/or life-centered problems. We offer women a faith-based supportive and structured environment that focuses on accountability and successful re-entry into the community. Reaching Out Crisis Ministries envisions relationship restoration and reconciliation for women who enter our program; first with Christ and second with family. The vision of ROCM is to help women realize they can be God-sufficient, spiritually strong, and serviceable in His kingdom.

Emergency Homeless Shelters both provide short term relief for the homeless and low income persons. Usually there is a maximum stay of 3 months or less.
