Office Hours: 9 A.M to 5 P.M Monday -Friday 24 hour shelter SERVICES: Obtain emergency shelter - 30 day emergency shelter for men, women, and children. This is a clean, sober environment. At Intake: Clients must take a voucher to the Chillicothe Police Department to be run for extraditable warrants before staying at the CRC. Clients are required to do a Breathalyzer test each night at check-in to ensure sobriety. The Community Resource Center is the only homeless shelter in the 16 rural counties north of I-70, is a designated emergency shelter for the American Red Cross. The shelter provides, without discrimination, services such as shelter, food, education and job assistance, with a focus on youths age 24 and younger.
