General Information:
The Town of Farmington is committed to providing safe, suitable housing conditions for all. The town administers several programs that target low to moderate income individuals and/or families. In 1972 the Housing Authority was established and works to further affordable housing in Farmington. Maple Village Maple Village is a subsidized community for senior and disabled citizens managed by the Farmington Housing Authority. The complex was constructed in 1975. There are 40 units with a mixture of 1 bedroom and efficiencies. Rent is based on 26% of adjusted income. Heat, Hot water and electricity included.
