The Fairfield Housing Authority is committed in providing decent, safe and sanitary housing to all participants on the HCV Section 8 and Senior / Disabled Housing Programs that we administer. The Fairfield Housing Authority does not discriminate against protected classes under Federal, State or Local levels and operates in accordance with The Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) regulations and guidelines. The Fairfield Housing Authority administers the HUD Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Section 8 Program. The Fairfield Housing Authority is devoted in ensuring that the tenants on the HCV Program are provided with Decent, Safe and Sanitary housing under Housing Quality Standards (HQS) and HUD regulations and guidelines.
