The Friendship Service center provides emergency housing for single adults, women with children ages 1+, couples with children ages 1+, and couples without children and the capacity is 37 beds. Other programs offered by the center include PATH (Project for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness), the Tomasso Family Community Kitchen, jobs programs and more. Offers transitional housing for men and women for up to two years. Eligibility: Ages 18+; Must be alcohol/drug free, and mental health issues must be addressed Fee: Set fee; 30% of adjusted gross income as rent Application: Must be referred by social worker at any emergency shelter, or DSS Capacity: 15 beds Services: Transitional Housing/Shelter Languages (other than English):Spanish Site hours: M-F: 8:30am-5pm; Shelter hours: M-F: 4pm-8am; Sat,Sun: 24 hrs.
