Alder Crest Apartments, located in the High Point neighborhood of West Seattle, offers affordable transitional housing and related social services for low-income families. Catholic Community Services case manages eight units of housing that are specifically available to low-income families through project-based Section 8 vouchers. The apartments are spacious two-bedroom units intended for families with no more than two children. Residents at Alder Crest are able to use many of the High Point community resources.
