In additional to helping other non-profit organizations develop affordable housing, Community Frameworks is the owner and steward for a number of affordable multi-family rental properties in the Spokane area. These properties, developed by Community Frameworks with the help of its funding partners, include new construction as well as the acquisition and rehabilitation of existing properties.
