Formerly Known As Christmas In April, This Non-Profit Organization Has Been Established And Independently Run In San Diego Since 1995. To Accomplish Our Mission, We Build Partnerships With Corporations To Renovate Homes Of Disadvantaged Residents Who Own Their Home, But Because Of Age, Physical Limitation And Low And Fixed Incomes, Are Not Able To Address Their Housing Repairs Themselves. While Basic Costs Of Living And Home Maintenance Continue To Rise, Social Security And Pension Funds Do Not. With State And Federal Budget Cuts To Programs Effecting The Population We Serve, The Demand For Our Services Is Increasing. Community Facilities Are Assisted When High Program Costs And Budget Cuts Deprive Them Of Funding For Repair Maintenance. All Our Services Are Free Of Charge To The Qualifying Receipients.
