LATCH is a coalition of 34 Lutheran church congregations in the Puget Sound area that builds and maintains affordable permanent housing for households between 30 percent and 50 percent of median income, develops resident-managed cooperatives and advocates for public policies that support affordable housing development and address the needs of low-income residents.
