General Information:
Shelter for Homeless Women And Children. Madonna House was originally formed as a maternity home for expectant mothers who were homeless, but has since evolved to include homeless mothers with children as well. Concern over rising birth rates, low birth weights, limited access to health services and an increase in infants with failure to thrive prompted the creation of Madonna House.
