General Information:
The Pathway Programs of Family Promise NNCC were launched in 2012 to support our families to transition to housing quicker and to ensure their stability was long-lasting: Pathway to Housing: Apartment Partnership Program This program may be available to families who are on track with their progress of obtaining employment and saving for housing but need a little more time beyond the rotational network. Family Promise NNCC has partnered with landlords to create the Apartment Partnership Program to meet the needs of these families. This is an apartment where a family rents from Family Promise and can live there for up to six months. Grant Assistance Program (GAP) This program may be available to families who are ready to move out on their own but need a little extra financial support such as help with a security deposit, utility deposit, debt (judgment) repair or first month’s rent. Family Promise NNCC has created the Grant Assistance Program to meet the needs of these families. The actual grant amount is based upon what a family may need and what Family Promise is able to provide. Moving In!Families Help each other moveLet there be light!
