Nightly Chapel and Dinner
Every single night, 365 days a year, our doors open to the public at 5 p.m. What they will find here is a seat in our chapel, where our first priority is always to share the love and good news of Jesus Christ.  Anyone with the desire to hear the Word is welcome to join.  After chapel, we host a meal for our guests.  A hot dinner is prepared every day using the food we receive as generous donations from many different food companies and restaurants in our area.  We serve anywhere from 100 to 150 individuals every night who otherwise may not have had the opportunity to enjoy an evening meal.
Emergency Shelter
Homelessness does not discriminate, and we see the results of that every single day.  Individuals who have lost their jobs, their families, and their homes.  They feel as though they have lost their chance at hope and freedom.  Everybody, regardless of their situation, deserves a safe place to spend the night.  Every night, seven nights a week, 365 nights a year, we provide emergency overnight accommodations for and average of 70 homeless men and 30 homeless women.  Each overnight guest has the ability to take a hot shower, access toiletries and hygiene products, sleep in a clean bed, and have breakfast and fresh hot coffee in the morning. Approximately 38,325 individuals receive the ability to access safe shelter annually at the Providence Rescue Mission because of your help and support.
