General Information:
Cornerstone Manor provides emergency shelter for up to 16 single women and 3 families. Cornerstone Manor can also provide 2 years of transitional housing for up to 12 families and 46 single women. Provides a safe haven for which women and mom’s with children can have the opportunity to transition safely and successfully through the Mission’s Dream Transitional Housing Program, where sorrows can be turned into joy so hope for a better tomorrow can begin. Transitional housing is affordable supportive housing designed to provide housing and appropriate support services to persons who are homeless or who are close to homelessness. The transition is to help them be more self sufficient to move towards independent living on their own. Transitional housing locations are oftentimes called Halfway Houses.
