General Information:
Victory Is Ourz Transitional & Independent Housing Victory Is Ourz Transitional & Independent Housing provides structured and supportive housing for individuals transitioning toward stability and independent living.
We serve returning citizens, veterans, individuals recovering from substance abuse, SSI/SSDI recipients, and individuals experiencing housing instability.
Residents live in a clean, structured, and accountability-based environment while being connected to wraparound services and community resources available throughout the Jacksonville area.
Community-Based Wraparound Support May Include:
Employment assistance Job readiness programs
Mental health resources
Substance abuse recovery support
Case management Transportation resources
Food assistance
Healthcare resources
Life skills programs SSI/SSDI assistance Reentry support services Veteran support resources We work to help residents connect with local organizations, agencies, and programs that support long-term stability and independence. Referrals are welcome from hospitals, treatment centers, probation officers, case managers, social workers, churches, veterans organizations, and community agencies. Potential residents must complete a phone screening, intake interview, and house rules review before placement consideration.
