Resolve Wellness has a comprehensive, whole health approach to substance abuse treatment. Mental and emotional health, physical health and wellness, personalized planning. Located in Columbus OH, on the "near east side" .
Those who choose the program at Resolve Wellness have access to not only safe, stable supportive housing while in the program up to 1.5 years. Residents will also have access to case management to help with more long-term housing after treatment.
During your time at Resolve Wellness individuals also have access to, Substance use disorder therapy mental health services/therapy Primary clinician PHP/IOP/OP levels of care Medically assisted treatment options psychiatric services medication management.

Supportive Housing Programs that provide an alternative living arrangement for individuals who, because of age, disability, substance abuse, mental illness, chronic homelessness or other circumstances, are unable to live independently without care, supervision and/or support to help them in the activities of daily living; or who need access to case management, housing support, vocational, employment and other services to transition to independent living.
