General Information:
At City Light, a Women’s and Children’s Shelter in Boise, we offer a safe haven of hope and love. With this in mind, we provide emergency services such as meals, shelter, and clothing, as well as education, work-search assistance, mental health counseling, crisis pregnancy through the Cradle of Hope program, addiction recovery through the New Life Program, and children’s programs. If you are homeless, hungry, or struggling, we invite you to join us at City Light Home for Women and Children. No matter where you are in life, our doors are always open to you — we will never turn you away due to lack of space. Meal Times Breakfast – 6:00 a.m. (Daily – Overnight Guests Only)           – 6:00 a.m. (Daily – Available at River of Life, 575 S. 13th St., Boise)           – 8:00 a.m. (Saturday) Lunch – 12:00 p.m. (Daily) Dinner – 5:30 p.m. (Daily) Check-In Overnight Shelter – 4:00 p.m. (Daily) Special accommodations can be requested at check-in.
