General Information:
Helping Rock Outreach is a program that was form to help those in need of Food, Clothing, and Shelter. Helping Rock located in East Pasco County is the only sh elter for the homeless in the area also serving Polk, & Hillsborough Counties. Helping Rock is blessed with a 20 acre property with temporary housing a community kitchen and support services to those in need.
