Class of Housing/Services: Homeless Shelter, Transitional Housing.

General Information:
Office Hours: Mondays through Fridays from 8am to 4:30pm. Permanent housing. Transportation supports will be available to residents while they are staying in the shelter. Each resident will be required to have a savings account and 40% of their income must be saved while at the shelter. Case management will be offered to all. Referrals to services will be made. Shelter Advocates will help residents link into services that promote permanent housing. Life skills training and cultural programming will be available to all residents of the shelter, the shelter is a drug and alcohol free environment, the user of alcohol or other illegal substances will not be permitted within the shelter or at any event shelter residents participate in. Shelter residents who are found to be under the influence of these substances will be exited from the shelter. Sex Offenders and those with violent criminal histories will not be admitted or permitted to be in the shelter. Eligibility Chronic or long term homeless Leech Lake Band members, their spouses and caregiver of enrolled LLBO children.
