Class of Housing/Services: Temporary housing for individuals diagnosed with menal disability.

General Information:
OUR MISSION To provide residents with a Comfortable environment that they can be excited to call home and promote independent wellness. Assisting with temporary housing while providing the necessary support services that will enhance their efforts to become stable, employable and independent. SERVICES Full nutritious meals Medication Monitoring & reminders Laundry Assistance Assistance with cultivating independent living skills Skill building and conflict resolution Crisis Intervention (if needed) Transportation to medical appointments Each client will be referred to a day program where they will be monitored by doctors, therapist, nurse practitioners and case managers. EVALUATION All residents will be evaluated on a biweekly basis to ensure maximum success. This process will follow daily monitoring of their motivation demonstrated on a continuous basis. Progress records will be kept and support meeting will be held to discuss means of helping each resident achieve their maximum potential. *We try very carefully to screen potential clients who are hi-functioning, compliant, cooperative, and are striving for self-sufficiency and independence. Our home provides a structured, stable living environment for individuals diagnosed with a mental disability transitioning from homelessness or displaced. We have all household amenities, including wifi & cable LaQuintas Place, LLC is a non-discriminatory home.
