Emergency Winter Shelter: Dec 1-Mar 31. Provides emergency shelter to those without access for traditional shelters. 30 day stay. Paticipation in case management plan is mandatory Hotel/Motel stays: Will shelter up to 14 days families ineligible for public assistance. Case management and assistance with permanent housing location included. Transitional Housing: Will provide up to 9 months of housing, case management,financial literacy etc to working homeless families. Homeless Prevention: Case management, financial literacy and rental assistance to prevent homelessness.

Transitional housing is affordable supportive housing designed to provide housing and appropriate support services to persons who are homeless
or who are close to homelessness. The transition is to help them be more self sufficient to move towards independent living on their own. Transitional housing locations are oftentimes called Halfway Houses. The naming of the two (Halfway House OR Transitional House) is oftentimes interchangeable.
