General Information:
Short-term (six months) co-occuring (m/h & s/a) Recovery Transitional Residence for woman ages 22 and older who require clinical case management, medication and education support, social skills and life coaching necessary to integrate or re-integrate into society with goal to be semi-independent or fully independent. The home is monitored by licensed and certified trained professionals.  Evaluation fee is on sliding scale monthly cost range is $750 - $900.00 per month all expenses included, except food.
