Tilton Place Multiple rooms available for rent on weekly basis at very large c. 1859 New Englander house (formerly an assisted living facility) converted into a house share. Great for people new to the area and those in transition (all ages welcome) Excellent for pre-seniors moving out of a private home/apartment but not quite ready for assisted living. Amenities include: fully applianced kitchen Living Room/Den Laundry facilities Sprawling green backyard with potential for gardening Open front porch Paved parking Walking distance to Tilton town center (half hour walk on sidewalks all the way) walking distance to lowe's, chili's, tanger outlets, walmart WiFi (wireless internet) - free Safe and comfortable home for all genders and ages. Professionally managed by caretaker Available June 1st onwards Rate: $155-175 per week (utilities included) (cable not included) Location: Route 3/11 close to I-93 Walking distance to Concord Bus Lines stop (1.2 miles) - Call for updated rates. Rates are weekly and most people stay at least three months. They are mostly single occupancy, male or female. Long term stays are available also.
