General Information:

The Succor Transitional Program, LLC (STP) is an organization dedicated to providing safe and supportive housing to people in need. STP helps those who are homeless, recently released from incarceration, struggling with substance abuse, struggling with life altering medical issues or simply having difficulty transitioning from one stage of life to another. 2323 Barclay St. is an 8 bed facility with cable TV and access to internet and computers.

Computer literacy is a growing need in today’s workforce and STP aims to equip all clients with fundamental skills to be successful. Budget Management and Healthy Food Prep are just a couple of additional options available to our clients. We recognize the need to be self sufficient so we empower our clients to be successful by providing a safe environment with mental health, employment, and substance abuse supports.

Difficulties arise when a client has such a strong supportive, therapeutic, and educational team during the day then return to an environment that perpetuates the negative behaviors.
