General Information:
Night of Peace Family Shelter, Inc is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting homeless families with children. Opening its doors in 2005, Night of Peace Family Shelter is the only homeless shelter in Baltimore County that is located in a church. As of July 2008, the shelter houses up to 28 persons, all families who stay at the shelter an average of three months. Our Mission: To provide year-round emergency shelter for homeless families with children. Our goal is to provide food, shelter, and support in a safe environment while families work to transition into permanent housing.
