General Information:
Community Housing Network (CHN) provides safe, affordable rental housing linked to support services and rent subsidies for people with disabilities and other specials needs such as homelessness. Serving as a housing developer, owner and manager CHN owns and manages more than 1100 apartments and manages or facilitates rent subsidies to an additional 300 apartments in the community. Depending on need, individuals may be placed in supportive housing programs with 24/7 on-site staffing, in apartments with live-in resident managers, or in scattered-site units. CHN networks with ADAMH and other provider agencies to provide mental health treatment and other services to residents. CHN staff work jointly with residents, case managers, the Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) and the community to assist residents in remaining stable in their housing.
