Offers a eight-month, transitional program that provides shared rentals in a 4 bedroom, 8-unit facility. Also provides independent living skills training and case management. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Homeless and mentally ill adults FEES: Fixed monthly rent, General Assistance sometimes accepted HOURS: M-Thurs 9am-5:00pm INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call for information, interview in person when there is an opening
