Class of Housing/Services: Emergency shelter for single women and women and their children.

General Information:
Call: 407-423-8581 Ext 26480 Emergency shelter for single women and women and their children. Women must have social security card and photo ID. If no ID is available, they can only stay one night. Social security cards and birth certificates for children or some other form of documentation. Boys aged 12 and under allowed. First three nights are free; $9 per night after that. Intake: Walk in process. Some forms to be filled out. Check in begins at 4:30 pm daily and continues until we are full.   The Women's and Children's Shelter serves the Orlando Metropolitan Area as a 62 bed facility for women and children experiencing homelessness.  This facility provides a warm and safe environment to women and children in need of emergency shelter and women and children seeking to make the transition from homelessness to stable housing.
