Provides a Twelve step recovery group with an individualized care plan Licensed professionals facilitate all programming 90 bed campus in Granite Falls, MN Additional outpatient, halfway house, and continuing care programs are available. Facilities include: dining, gymnasium, workout room, and laundry rooms. Programming includes: Individual and group therapy Lectures and videos Recreation Nutritional planning   Must be an adult with chemical dependency or gambling addictions.
