Office Hours: Mondays through Fridays 8am to 5pm. The Housing Division supports and staffs the Housing Authority of the City of Napa (HACN) and provides Section 8 rental assistance to all individuals and families who are eligible and complete the application process. The HACN administers various Federal, State and local programs to assist the community by providing affordable housing and supportive services at all levels of affordability.
