Some are in larger developments and some are within scattered sites around the city. There are units for lower income families, seniors, and persons with disabilities. Chesterbrook Gardens (State Family 200-2) - 100 units built in 1951 located at Lexington St., Brookway Ct., Brookway Rd., Chester Lane. Brookway Road (State Family 200/689) - 1 units built in 1991 located at 5 Brookway Rd. Dana Court (State Family 200-3) - 32 units built in 1954 located at 20-24 Lowell St., 7-15 Gardner St. Bright Street (State Family 705-2) - 4 units built in 1982 located at 113-119 Bright St. Gorman's Court (State Family 705-2) - 4 units built in 1982 located at 20 Gorman's Ct.
