Homeward Bound breaks multi-generational cycles of homelessness, welfare dependence and domestic violence and creates self-reliance through housing and compassionate client-centered services. Each family participating in the program must contribute 30 percent of their adjusted gross income for housing, utilities and support services. Fees may apply for this Transitional Housing resource.
