Class of Housing/Services: Transitional Housing for veterans.

General Information:
Provides transitional housing for veterans. Offers meals, case management services, referrals to community resources, counseling, crisis intervention, advocacy services, and follow-ups. Also accepts person with HIV/AIDS.Phone for bed availability first and then make an appointment. No walk-ins allowed. Intake is on a first-come, first-served basis; will hold bed for 2 hours. No reservation. A face-to-face interview at the shelter is required before final acceptance. Drug and alcohol screening may be requested.9:00pm curfew. Facility: Dormitory space with beds and cots. Common bathrooms. Shower facilities. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Other Services Offered: Referral to community resources. Problem solving counseling. Crisis intervention. Collateral contact. Advocacy. Program Rules: No smoking in building, no alcohol or drugs. Help with chores. Prescription medicine must be turned into staff who dispense it. Personal belongings are limited to what fits in the drawers. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided to residents. Curfew is 9:00pm. Wake-up is 6:00am.
