Class of Housing/Services: Transitioning families from homelessness to healthy, stable living.

General Information:
A 2 year transitional housing program for single and two parent families with children. A 90 day connections phase allows the resident to establish some stability, obtain employment and connect with a family advocate who will assess the ability of the family to live within the guidelines of Joshua Station while living in a stable community. Each family will have at least one family member who is working part-time and working toward full-time employment. Graduation into the one year Partnership Phase allows the residents to work on developing and working toward goals identified in their individualized Family Life Plans. Weekly meetings with the family advocate provide support and encouragement.Fees: $150 deposit. Rent amounts will be covered during orientation. Fees may apply for this Transitional Housing resource.
