General Information:
Transitional Housing in Maricopa County AZ. Two separate houses accommodate six single men and five single women and provide temporary homes for individuals transitioning into permanent housing. These eleven guests are joined during their evening meal by volunteers who serve the meals at the Hospitality Center. Guests are required to be employed or actively seeking employment during their stay with us and must be clean and sober. An interview is required to determine if Andre House is the appropriate place for the guest. These interviews are scheduled on the following days (based on the availability of our staff): Monday through Thursday and also on Saturdays. Andre House is provides  evening meals which are served six times a week to all who are hungry.  Approximately 550 to 650 meals are served every night, Saturday through Thursday.  A large dining room accommodates most visitors, and a smaller room is available for families and guests with special needs.
