Since Restoration Village opened its doors in June 1989 over 1,000 souls have entered these doors - usually homeless, often with children or pregnant, needing security, hope and encouragement to overcome the traumas of sexual, emotional or physical abuse. The Village is a new beginning for all who come offering: a family atmosphere, encouraging, exploring opportunities for the future, learning new social skills, training in practical aspects of living, such as budgeting, cooking and housekeeping and beginning the journey of renewal to their souls through on-site counseling.
