Scattered Site Transitional Housing: 15 units located within the Fox Cities for homeless families and individuals. Rapid Re-Housing: Scattered Site subsidized housing for 16 families and individuals. Eligibility:Homeless single adults and families. Intake procedure:Referral from other agency or call main number. Hours:Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.
