General Information:
A Transitional Independent Living Housing Program for 18-23 year old youth aging out of the foster care system. The focus of the program is to guide and support participants as they transition to self-sufficiency. Woodside Gardens will serve youth that qualify for the Road to Independence Scholarship or who have stable verifiable employment. Participants are expected to pay 30% of income for rent (share a 2 bedroom apartment) or $525 for a 1 bedroom (not sharing). Efforts will be made to find same sex roommates that are compatible for living together. Hours of operation: Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm Fees charged: 30% of income if sharing a 2 bedroom apartment.
