Hours of operation: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (administration), Services 24 hours, 7 days a week
Fees: Medicaid, Medicaid HMO; $100 a day depending on CBC Contract rates
Intake: Must have admission packet, bio psychosocial report, physical exam, school records, birth certificate and social security card
Eligibility requirements: Males, 9 to 18 years, IQ 80+, non delinquent, no substance abuse, attend school and referred through DCF or CBC
RESTRICTED REFERRAL: - The Haven is a therapeutic group home for abused, neglected and abandoned boys ages 9-18. The Haven provides clinical diagnostic services, including individual and group counseling, recreational and vocational opportunities, tutoring, independent living and socialization skills.
