Eligibility: 1. Veteran must meet VA eligibility criteria 2. Veteran must have an honorable discharge 3. Veteran is without adequate housing, currently homeless with substance abuse problem. 4. Veteran is willing to enroll in substance abuse program at the VA medical center. Fees may apply for this Transitional Housing resource.
