If a family chooses to take responsibility for their situation, our Case Managers help them take achievable steps for as long as it takes. We also have many other programs designed to address the root causes of poverty and homelessness. As a faith based charity, we do not accept public funds and are committed the Christian ideals.

The transition is to help them be more self sufficient to move towards independent living on their own. Transitional housing locations are oftentimes called Halfway Houses.
