Class of Housing/Services: short term housing
PLM Families Together provides short-term housing (functions like emergency shelter utilizing apartments rather than group setting) and Rapid Rehousing services for families experiencing homelessness. Families that are “literally” homeless — meaning they have no place to go and are living in places not meant for habitation, are served by PLM Families Together by moving into one of our 10 Short-term Housing apartments. Once they are safe and warm in the privacy of single-family living, they will stay, at no cost, for 2-4 months.

We always urge the users of our website to visit the websites of the providers listed, OR give them a phone call to find out complete details.
In furtherance; Halfway Houses, Transitional Housing, and Substance Abuse Treatment Centers for the most part charge a fee. Most of the substance abuse resources we provide are low cost, Medicaid or sliding scale fee. We provide as much information as possible on the website of these locations.
