Program of self growth and improvement toward independent permanent housing. Program includes case management, goal setting, mentors and housing. Operates 17 units of housing. Availability varies. Eligibility: Homeless or precariously housed individuals and families below 30% AMI, must have income Application process: Call or walk-in to apply Documents required: Social Security Cards, Proof of income. Fees:Rent includes utilities and ranges from $330 to $500, depending on the number of bedrooms Service hours: Mon, Tue, Fri 9:30am-12:00 noon Bethany Housing has been committed to housing and community development for low-income and working families, seniors, and people with special needs not adequately served in the private market who desire program-enriched, affordable housing. Programs include permanent supportive housing for homeless families, permanent rental, and home ownership opportunities. In addition to scattered-site housing development, we provide moderate rehab for low-income homeowners in our target area.
