Sandhills Community Action Program continues to conceptualize, develop and implement comprehensive solutions to the problems of low-income people, by responding to their needs and helping them to realize their full potential. Currently the following programs are offered: Section 8 Housing choice Voucher Program (Rental Assistance for low-income households)     Section 8 HCV Family Self-sufficiency Program (Employment and Asset Building)     CSBG Self-sufficiency Program (Education and Employment assistance)     Jackson Terrace Apartments (Affordable housing for Seniors 62 and up)     Single Family Rehabilitation (Home Rennovations for low-moderate income seniors)     Housing Counseling (Counseling for any housing need including homeownership) Sandhills Community Action Program works to tackle dependency on all fronts and provides opportunities for a better future.
