Class of Housing/Services: Provides bridge housing.

General Information:
Provides bridge housing. Homeless families (as defined by the HEARTH Act and HUD) with children under the age of 18, work with a Case Manager to overcome barriers preventing them from self-sufficiency; such as financial management, employment needs, and future housing opportunities. Case Managers provide the support, referrals, and guidance to make families accountable for their own success. In turn, families are empowered and given the opportunity to gradually change patterns of behavior in order to break the cycle of homelessness.
