Safe Harbor Of Greater West Chester Was Establish In 1993 To Provide Food, Shelter And Clothing To Homeless Men And Women In Need And To Provide Recovery Opportunities Leading To Independence And Greater Self-Esteem. Lunch provided: 11:30am - 12:30pm, Overnight shelter: 6:00pm - 7:00am
