Review the details below: The Mission Of The Union Of Pan Asian Communities Is To Improve The General Well Being And Education Of The Asian, Pacific Islander And Other Ethnic Communities Of San Diego County. Upac Recognizes The Diverse Ethnic And Cultural Identities And Strengths Of These Communities And Their Need For Self-Sufficiency. The Primary Purpose Of Upac Is To Improve The General Welfare Of The Asian, Pacific Islander And Other Ethnic Communities Of San Diego County. The Objectives Of Upac Are To Promote Communication And Understanding, Establish Health Promotion And Disease Prevention Services, Promote Equal Opportunities And Greater Self-Sufficiency, Provide Affordable Housing, Technical Assistance And Supportive Services, Assess Needs And Develop Services For The Asian, Pacific Islander And Other Ethnic Communities Of San Diego County. Since 1974, Upac Has Been The Primary Provider Of Human Care Services To San Diego's Asian, Pacific Islander And Other Ethnic Communities. Its 100 Bilingual/Bicultural Staff, Representing 27 Languages And Dialects, Serve Over 64,000 People Annually. Upac Currently Manages Over 30 Programs.
